Sorry about this everyone. I'm trying to train him not to do this, but it's instinctive, I suppose.

Does anyone know how to catch a cloud and pin it down?

No, but I've got an industrial strength fan that might scare it into behaving. Nothing says "bad cloud" like the threat of dispersion.

Get a de-humidifier Ersby. It may seem drastic, but boy-o-boy you don't have to turn it on twice! That cloud'll behave.

Is that dust devil going to get under the couch Miral? What if it mates with the dust bunnies! You'll have tiny cotton-tailed mini-tornados everywhere!
